Refund policy

• Products must be unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging.

Once approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
3. Exchanges:
• Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the item and place a new order.

• Ship the items back our HQ using a trackable shipping service

• For hygiene reasons, certain cosmetic products such as opened or used items cannot be returned.
7. Shipping Costs:
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
8. Cancellation Policy:
• Orders can be cancelled within 10 hours of purchase. Once the order is processed, it cannot be cancelled.
